1. BookingAll payments are accepted via PayPal only.To secure your slot, a 50% deposit is required.The remaining 50% must be paid upon project completion. The final tracking files will be released only after the full balance is settled.Refund Policy: If you cancel before work has started, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.
Once rigging work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.2. WorkflowProjects typically take 45 days to complete. This timeline begins once I receive the finalized, rig-ready .PSD file and the client is notified of the start of the project.Asset Prep: I am happy to collaborate with your artist to ensure the best results. If the artist is unavailable, I can make necessary edits to the .PSD myself with their permission.3. What will you getYou will receive all necessary files to run your model (tracking files).Note: The .cmo3 (source file) is not included.I offer bug fixes and minor adjustments for two weeks after delivery.4. PublicityI reserve the right to use your rigged model in my portfolio and social media. I can keep the model unpublished until the debut for a maximum of three months post-delivery upon request.You must provide clear credit to me as the rigger on your social media profiles and streaming platforms.
